We do so many things because other people tell us, want us or invite us to do them.

So have I, personally. It took me quite a while to figure out, and to truly step into what really fits me, what is ME-shaped.

Dropping a whole bunch of ‘shoulds’, getting clear on what my personal strengths and values are.
