What is the Job Interview Prep Intensive?
My YOU-shaped approach to your Job Interview Prep is a series of 3 one-on-one, online sessions of an hour each.
As your coach, I will guide you through my 7-step process that will enable you to show up for your job interview confidently. After working with me you'll be able to skillfully communicate the key messages of what you bring to the table through your answers, and otherwise. Also, you'll be ready to adjust your answers according to the person you're talking to, and you'll learn what questions to ask to inform your decision if the job you applied for matches your expectations and aspirations.

Meet your interview prep coach
I’m a certified Co-Active career coach and job search specialist with 10+ years of experience in HR & Recruitment in the Netherlands.
Throughout my career, I learned how hiring managers think, what questions they ask, and why.
At the same time, I too, experienced just how challenging it can be to land a job and create a career that actually fits you. The most stressful part of the selection process, both for myself (back in the day) and my clients, is often the job interview. To support you and reduce your stress levels, I created the Job Interview Prep Intensive.
I know that no one-size-fits-all process or set of steps can be applied to everyone’s situation and circumstances, so my approach to the Intensive is YOU-shaped.
I tailor the process around your needs.
We’ll focus on your specific job search situation, work experience and challenges. I will then customize my process to help you prepare for your job interview(s) following your specific situation, needs and priorities.
I focus on you as a whole
You bring the whole of you (mind, body, and soul) to a job interview, and as your interview prep coach, I look at you as a whole. I help you prepare to feel relaxed and comfortable in your body and show up in your job interview focused and confident - head to toe.
I’m invested and interested
I’ll cheer you on and root for you every step of the way. You can reach out in between our sessions, ask a question, express insecurity or tell me a good joke! I’ll be there for you because I don’t see our relationship as strictly a service provider-to-client relationship, but first and foremost human-to-human.

If on our free initial call, we agree that the Job Interview Prep Intensive is the right fit for you, we'll also decide on the time & date for the first session. I’ll check that there’s space in my calendar for us to prep in time for your interview.

❌ You want to memorise answers to ‘the 15 interview questions that every hiring manager or CEO asks’. Because every interviewer is different. It’s much more effective to understand your message and your audience than to memorise answers by heart.
❌ You intend to say things that aren't true and would consider being dishonest to land a job. Because that’s not aligned with my personal and professional values.
❌ You want a guarantee that you’ll land the job you want. Because I can’t control or influence all the factors that come into play during the selection process (wish I could, sometimes!).
