The sessions with Marjolijn were all focussed and to the point. Through her thoughtful and creative approach, Marjolijn helped me better understand my responsibilities for a more inclusive organisation and society, as a Caucasian man. In a matter of minutes, Marjolijn was able to help me look at situations from a different perspective, allowing me to access information and knowledge I already possess, but I was not aware of.
